Day 9 - took a dip in Ganges and reached Jyotirmath. Meditated in Shankaracharya math and Narsingh mandir. Enjoying my spiritual trip

Thanks claymen just also wanted to say. Let's all set high goals to complete. I did the 7 day challenge currently doing 14 day ( now this 90 day) why take baby steps like going from 14 to the 21 or 30. I know it will not be easy yes I have had some very real very strong urges. We just need to remember why we are doing this! What the pros, like more confidence less likely of have a E.D. problem and more and more. I am not only doing this to help myself it to help my marriage. When I fix myself I will fix my marriage! I will beat this addiction.

 

You will get it this time.
Just tell your self that "I will beat this addiction."
Try coming to this site when you feel a urge. It does help me

Day 68. I have been staying pretty busy lately. Helping out around the house more and spending time with the family. This has been helping a lot. I have been feeling pretty good.
