    Update: I relapsed and it brings a lot of negative emotions. I don't know what to do with my smartphone yet. But I must get away with my phone for some period of time as I am acting out with the phone

    Bro, you may try to make your schedule really busy or do intense workout to replace the "trash" with another "exciting" practice. I use this method to keep me going through for 11 days.

    Update: I still feel devastated and I can see the effect of my relapse on my academics, family conversations, physical and mental(spiritual) life. I become careless on my academics, I became angry on my sister and I even hate women. I usually don't but I hate to talk to any women after a relapse. Still, I am working on my reboot and I STRONGLY want to get over it. I have been addicted for almost a DECADE. Imagine it the pain of PMO for 10 years. Now, I am 22 years old which I never had sex or intimate relationship. I don't mind dying as all of us will die. But I am afraid of living a life of an addict and dying as an addict.

    My suggestions are: Rule 1: make a super schedule for yourself, Rule 2: whenever you think about or engage in those kinds of thoughts, just tell yourself, they are all trash which make non-sense at all.
