Update: Hello brothers, Yesterday, I was not as productive as I thought I will be. I wasted time playing games, and also there was this thought of watching porn. We seek pleasure but there is both pleasure and sadness in life. The world is not some fantasy island. Anyways, I exercised, took cold shower and I am doing my assignments. I've had such thought for thousands of times along my PMO way, and felt guilty whenever I touched the "trash". Now I am on my 11th day and feel much better! Great reflections, bro!
Day 35 got a lot of reading to do this week and might finally get a sponsor from my 12step program so thats exciting.
