This is a slip but not a relapse. I will keep going forward no matter what. It took me four years to reach over a month of NoFap.

This is proof that I CAN do this and I WILL do this. I have reached more than 30 consecutive days. I WILL reach 90 days, I WILL reach a year and I WILL live my life free of this garbage.

Yes, I have made some errors in judgement that led to the slip up, but I am also wiser now. Now, I know how to identify my triggers and I am not letting them undermine me anymore.

This is not just the end of a streak but the birth of a new person. A person that accepts full responsibiliy for his bad decisions and acknowledges that only he is responsible for solving his problems but also a person who learns from his mistakes and doesn't do them again.
