checking in for day 3 without PM. it has been a little easy because I have been very busy with other things and hasn't been exposed for long times to my trigger, studying.
DAY 2 complete.
Day 80. Wow. I just realized how close I am. I can see that 90 day milestone.
26 and 27. Im amazed at my resolve this time. Its unshakeable
Day 11/90. I have to be honest I'm winning ugly right now. It's all good though. I'm learning from this.
Yeah dude like imagining porn stuff is going to damage us and can lead us to watch it or masturbate so i would suggest to avoid it

yeah i know man, still have had zero urges of watching it sometimes a porn thought will pop up and i’ll try hard to get it out of my head by saying “fuck porn fuck porn fuck porn” and usually i don’t get aroused by it and it’s outta my head fast but still it pisses me off never wanna have those.
