Day 2. Finally I completed 1 day without fapping. I have been trying to keep myself busy, although porn still comes to mind sometimes, but I have successfully avoided it. The world now suddenly looks beautiful. Looking forward to day 3
I often feel regret because I've spend so much times doing PMO which otherwise can be used for something more productive. This kind of thought often disturbs me and make me relapse again, any idea how to encounter it? Thanks everybody
Today I complete 1 more day in recovery I had good time with my wife I was happy with her and feel more OK and more natural with my feelings.
