One thing that I realized is, you need to find something that makes you feel amazing and happy.
If you don't find it, you will go back and crave the validation from PMO.

So focus on making your life amazing more than you focus on NoFap.
Go out, talk to girls, do sports, travel.
Do whatever you have, to stay sober for all instant gratification for a life-time.
