Day 22 w/o M.

 

5/90 I was soo close to relapsing yesterday but somehow managed to overcome it. I mean, I'm very prone to urges on the web, etc. so It's hard to believe that I actually managed to resist against fapping

 

Day 8! Staying busy is really key. I've been doing all kinds of clean up and home improvement projects. I even replaced a kitchen faucet (something I have never done before). I feel very empowered!

Day 1 completed, it was a nice day today

 

Day 2
Did not have any junk food at work today, ate plenty of healthy-ish foods. Got my exercise in by walking and working with the kettlebell. Practiced Reiki. Only thought about sex for most of the day. Didn't do too bad.

59. One day to two months

 

Day 9. I told my wife about NoFap and she took it really well. She seemed positive because all her life she hardly ever looked at Porn, she just kept control and if she got pissed off at someone, she just let them have it. I say that because I think I kept my feelings bottled up always and went to PMO as an escape, and a cure for my pain. This is going to change. I am lucky because not only am I ready and willing, I have a wife who is my walking role model and she wants to help. At the same time though, I don't want to be a walking time bomb ready to pop every time someone makes me upset. It's like learning how to walk again, how to control my anger in such a way as to let it out in the right way at the right time. I can do this. I will do this. For her.
