I noticed something very different last night that proves this rewiring process does work. I did not press fast forward when I watched some soft porn of a woman, taking every second in. I know that I have relapsed after 38 days,because I was fooled by my brain to a small extent in watching some soft porn.However,I am heartened and buoyant that this process works.Keep at it lads and lasses!

 

Day 84. With the increase of awareness Nofap provided me, I can see more addictions which are rooted in very deep layers of the mind. Ego oriented, and so subtle; that you can easily forget and go to your old habits at any lack of awareness. My old habits are droping one by one, as I become more free.
