    Yeap - Instagram and Facebook are evil...

    My strategy...

    Instagram - I need for my business. I upload only on Saturdays, I will search only during Saturday daytime. I then remove instagram from my phone for the week.

    Facebook - I only have messenger on my phone.
    I use the family computer which is in the middle of the house to go on my account and surf. Makes any NSFW content very difficult to watch with a 9 year old girl looking over my shoulder. If I can't do it for myself, I will do it for them...

    Challenging days lately as I work more from home. Alone at home is a tricky situation, but I am hanging on. I noticed relationship with my long term girlfriend is improving. Lots of triggers out there. I don't have facebook or instagram, but even ads on youtube can spark a sexual thought. Mindfulness helps big time, simple awareness of anything that is going on at the given moment and thought doesn't last long. Key is to treat thoughts like one treats sounds.

    Day 1 and i am in buddy!
    Everything comes at a cost!
    Doing nofap requires immense discipline
    and self control and patience, it does get painful or frustrating for a short period of time!
    But i am willing to defeat it and fight it!
    As they say, the greatest battles are fought within!
