I know this is assuming a lot, but have you ever tried meditation? It's really helpful in a lot of ways being able to separate yourself from the thoughts that you have and it might be useful!

Day 16. Strong urges today. Too much time mindlessly surfing the internet, but managed to resist all urges. Close Call. Need to stay busy.
Those over the 14 day mark. how do you deal with pain in the testes? I remember I abstained once for a chick and after 7 days I could not walk. I thought I had caused damage!
