Day 20. No real setbacks yet. Had a real bad urge last week, but was able to fight thru it. I notice that I get antsy a lot now. So I'm always looking for something to do other than sit in front of the computer and watch porn

 

So weekend is behind me and I am now back into double figures! 10 days and onto 11 this afternoon... The two week marker is within grasp... This time I will make the 90 days and beyond.

Speaking with my SO at the weekend about my progress and relapses and she asked me the question "Am I not worth 90 days?"... This made me feel pretty shitty but as I continue to think about it it really highlights the stupidity of fapping... Of course she is worth 90 days and so much more... I will keep this in my mind as I continue to beat this problem.

Anyway; back to work now
