I woke up in such a positive mood this morning. I guess I am picking up momentum. Its good to be back to feeling good again.
To think about today:

Highlight (s) of my day (the previous day)
Ate a very good breakfast that included some eggs and fruits. This was out of the norm for me as my staple is coffee/tea and toast only in the morning.
I had a warm and cordial conversation with the receptionist at my co working space. She is usually very moody but for some reason for the first time we had a long conversation.
That is a bold and commendable step you took. I am sure you felt somewhat like some weight has been lifted off you because keeping such a thing a secret usually burdens a person. At least that is how I feel. Kudos to you! And keep on getting strong

Day 20 check in
Day 18 done ... Was attacked last night by 8 9 people ... Injured my head... they took my mobile and purse ... Got my sense together went to police at 1:00 pm in the night ... They told to come tomorrow ... Went back looked for security cameras ... Found one nearby... Went in the morning looked into the tape ... Gave it to police ... They told will look into the case ... Found out another camera ... Will go there tomorrow morning... Full detective mode on ...
Almost a month. Having a flu last few days and working from home. Not doing any exercise for that reason. Feeling awful and weak. Small headaches, trouble with sleeping. Huge struggle yesterday. Couldn't sleep and now having urges. Reading messages here helps big time to hang in there. Big thanks!

Day 20 - Nothing can stop me, but myself.
Day 6. For the next 3 days there will be no school and I will be staying home, so there will be a larger chance of relapse and I always fail for this, thus I need to be more alert. Good luck to myself and to all of you guys. Hope I'm gonna make it.

Buddy make sure you restrict watching TV, youtube, social media, and also mindless browsing these days! Focuss more on socialising in people with real life, do meditation and any physical activity (sports, exercise etc)
Day 2 , had a lot of bad dreams as I slept a lot . Real bad ones .Little urges but controlled them . Stopped sticking to electronic devices which helps . Got serious in productive work instead of lolling time by.
Quit just for 30 day no sex at all just try u feel change
