Day 39/90 now I'm starting to believe that I have an addiction to internet, it's all I seem to do now, it's like I gotta be connected all the time or I'll go crazy. Good thing I don't have urges to pm.
day 48 . as i said many times reboot is not easy , is not linear. now i feel to do a step behind with social anxiety, fair to be in a group. Anyway it is less frequent. my psychologist said it is normal, there will be a phase where the new and old mechanisms will coesist until the new ones will take the upper hand

slight relapse yesterday (edging). day 1 now
Day 2 complete.
7 days down, 1 full week. 11 more weeks sounds crazy long but it will pass just as quick as the first week I hope
The past few days have been kinda depressing because of the lack of work and money. I was feeling tempted to relapse, but did not. Then today I got a paycheck, and started to feel much better. Bills paid, errands run, rent set aside, and tomorrow walking meditation. It has been awhile, but I think that today was a good day.
Perhaps you going to switch to Monk mode
