    I'm new to this challenge and I joined noFap 3 weeks ago. I have relapsed and am now feeling bad, ashamed and angry. I joined the ninety day challenge knowing that I want to act strong and fight these urges so my future can become better. I want to be a better person. I hope to change with you guys and accomplish this hard journey

    NoFap doesn't prevent feeling bad, but you'll recover way faster from it.
    It's resilience that will be improved.

    Great! It's incredible hard to stop when you're already at the point of looking at porn. It takes guts to do that!
    You relapsed with looking at porn (porn-subs) but NOT with pmo. That means you gave your brain a little of its desired dopamine-rush and re-stregthened some of the to-be-rewired neuronal connections but you also trained your brain this stopping-route. It's a good step on the road to recovery.
    Make sure you don't allow yourself to continue that potential pmo session on another occasion (if your mind tries to trick you into it).

    Alot thing hapen with me like this nasty image want go out of my mind but hoping after more dayes I forget I m trying to get new habits and new skill like learning how to use excel very will
