day 43! almost halfway there and breaking new records! had a tough patch last almost didnt make it but i plugged thru and won!!

NoFap doesn't prevent feeling bad, but you'll recover way faster from it.
It's resilience that will be improved.
Don't give into the urge, but continue to give your best.

Great! It's incredible hard to stop when you're already at the point of looking at porn. It takes guts to do that!
You relapsed with looking at porn (porn-subs) but NOT with pmo. That means you gave your brain a little of its desired dopamine-rush and re-stregthened some of the to-be-rewired neuronal connections but you also trained your brain this stopping-route. It's a good step on the road to recovery.
Make sure you don't allow yourself to continue that potential pmo session on another occasion (if your mind tries to trick you into it).

Day 33. Not a bad start to my morning. Prayer and some daily meditation reading to get my day started.

Day 49/90 had the day off, relaxing no urges, just can't keep off my phone. It's like technology is my new addiction
Still urges but manage to keep it cool
