The last days were great, but also very challenging.
I learned to do things in a relaxed and precise way to avoid stupid mistakes.
Take time for the important things like eating, hygene and work-safety.

Today, I didn't want to work out, cause I was tired.
But then I motivated myself by visualizing myself being successful and conquering my weakness.
And I worked out then and pumped more weight then expected. Now I'm feeling great, not tired anymore!
