I failed...
But in the mean time, I saw the benefits of nofap, and I’m going to start over again cause it’s a definitely better experience... hope I can go further next time...

Just to remind my self that i had relapsed after 53 day of NoFap and the cause was edging, i must take this lesson and so i can complete this journey
