Day 7/90 *First week!*. Today I feel exhausted. Experiencing some mood swings too. I passed from motivated to "I'd love to punch a hole through this wall right now", literally.. That shit is scary to me, I'm not an agressive person at all. Luckily the hole was not punched through Also, still no coffee. I think my mindset is different this time, but I'm not risking it. The thing I'm missing is the gym, but this weekend I'll compensate that with a little kayaking. One step closer!
