[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 1 Complete. Overall a positive day, not very strong urges.

 

I'm feeling better. My moods have been swinging between elation and frustration during the last few days.
I think the depressive moods are just part of recovery. PMO used to give pleasure now we are getting rid of the compulsive habit and a void is left. So those depressive moods naturally follow. We must fill that void, that emptiness with something healthy.

 

Missed posting for day 8 yesterday. Day 9 today

4th day. My sex drive driving me crazy. But I am fighting it. Controlling me. This plate form make sub person confident who want to quit PMO. I could not do it alone!!

 

Day 6

A lot of temptation today, just got to hold on tight and watch it fade, eventually. My balls hurt though, anyone else get this?

27 days completed ... Had urges previous day ... Found out that I have gained quite a control ... Certainly I am having a feeling of finding a girlfriend ... Awesome road ahead ...

Day 29 - This year comes to an end, but recovery continues regardless of that. I started this year with NoFap and I'll end this year with NoFap. I'll continue doing it till I have my on-going 90-Days. #goals
