26/90....I have been feeling a little restless. But I am not falling apart. I binged on Netflix and finished the haunting of hill house. Perhaps that is the reason I was feeling restless, I do not like scary movies, but what a remarkable serie. Im excited that im passing the 30% mark of the goal...

I dont know whats up with me. At first I am motivated to do my hobbies, and when I came home, I only want to be home, alone, playing video games allday, watching something on Netflix. But this started one week ago... is this normal? Since my last relapse I got this lazy feelings and unmotivation... is this normal?

 

Day 1/90 successful. Today I didn't felt any urges at all. It was like PM never existed. I don't know why but I feel like before streak is still on its effects. Let's see what happens upcoming days.

 

Always going to be ups and downs in motivation...always. I've found it helpful to find someway, somehow to do the hobbies, exercise, etc when I don't feel like it. I always feel better afterwards. There's a quote, something like "Perseverance is doing the hard work after you're tired because of the work you already did." And keep in mind we're all gonna backslide a bit, it's just a matter of getting back on track asap while not being too hard on ourselves. Good luck!

Day 11 done. Been a lot more irritable over the last couple of days. Don't know if it's tiredness or withdrawal but is a change. No major urges though.

 

3/90. Level with my longest streak so far. Every day I go without PMO from now on will set a new personal best for me.

 

Day 7 complete, feels amazing and liberating even though the urges to mo are strong but I’m hanging in there. Also, I have a question, is it bad if my girlfriend sends me spicy pics and videos but I don’t MO to them?
