i don´t about you but the second day without PMO is always the worst for me, besides tiredness i feel grumpy as hell. just wanna hide away from everybody.

i hope all my brothers are going well. onwards!!!

 

i always face that problem. after a long streak is ultra hard to pass the first days again. 1 or 2 days and i relapse, and relapse, and relapse. usually only when porn brings in the typical problems and pain that comes with it, i say enough. but lately i´m not waiting for pain anymore. i gather my strenghs and restart.
so ask yourself this: "Am i waiting for a major problem in life to open my eyes again? am i waiting for the next big dose of pain to me and to others? haven´t i suffer enough? do i want some more?"

snap out of it bro. you can do the streak. you did it once, you can do it again.
