Man...I've never been able to post in this group ( as I believed/still do that these challenges are progressive i.e..once you're more than 7 days sober, you move on to 14 days and from there to 30 day and so on)

I'm very glad to be able to make this post....since 2009, this will only be the second time that I've gone without PMO'ing.

I have shit ton of self-improvement to do! I choose to believe in myself and value myself. I want to reach 90 days then go beyond that until my brain rewires. I am so fucking jealous of people who are not addicted. Now that I think of it, they got their own stuff going on....some focus on learning tech, some on being fit, some folks try to be best at what they do, some make music, photography and so on...

I need to find my niche and stick to it!

Opposite of addiction is connection.

that isn´t necessary true. it´s hard on the beginning, sure, but a flat 30 days number it´s a little dubious. the reboot is different from person to person. for me it´s only hard on the first 2 weeks, after that it´s auto pilot. so don´t create expectations to what, how and when you´re suppose to feel good. just abstain and build a life free of porn. the benefits will come on their own.
