    Day 3/90 done successful. Today had two three minor sexual thoughts but I myself diverted saying I should not think sexual and i should think normally. And today a little busy day so no much time of risk. See you tomorrow guys . Cheers.

    don´t stay in seated position. if you have to stay because of study put all the eletronic devices away from you. keep busy. in extreme cases have a cold shower or get out of the house. go bro
