[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Hi, I'm new here and I've started the 90 days challenge at the same time as I stop porn. I do need a restart since porn was killing me. When I wrote those lines, I watch porn for the last time 5 days, 20 hours, 16 min and 56 sec (thanks Quitzilla app). Anyway, today was horrible and I manage to get through the day, but with pain. I really need this to make it works, hope it will works!

Since my last relapse I haven't been thinking about counting the days. But I believe I'm on day 7.

43 days, almost halfway to the goal ive been trying to reach for the last few years. I think the perpetual flatline ive had will start to subside once i hit 90 and im staying strong

Today morning too i relapsed. I have observed that negativity in me is increasing rapidly. I dont know why its happening, i am working on it, Negative thoughts are needed to be decreased. After today morning relapse I picked myself up cleaned up my messy room. Went gym in the morning itself after relapse and did a 2km run and some abs. I will be working on myself actively once again. I will be back baby and thats for sure. Cheers guys.

good job bro. it´s good to have joy but don´t get overexcited, as it is a double edged sword. just take it day by day, with a very serious, careful aproach. keep focus, you can do it.

maybe you´re putting too much pressure on yourself. instead of forcing your way back to nofap, why don´t you allow yourself to take a break? clean your head. stop. go for a walk.
now when you feel calm, ask yourself what do you want from your life? how much porn is destroying everything you love right now? is that you? is that who you wanna be? find your motivation. then start nofap. use a special boost - motivate yourself several times per day + don´t be alone on the first weeks.

go bro!!! don´t do it for others, do it for yourself.
