    I really like to watch youtube. When I go to watch because of curiosity, there is a bit of sexual innuendo in the content. It is not an porn film, but it is enough to make a connection between sex and desire. Now I know that I can’t let this desire continue to grow, or else My determination will fail. This rebooting process I hope to purify my brain from some sexually suggestive images. I also found that I can fight it only when I am energetic. But, when I am in front of the computer when I am tired. It is easy to be unconscious and Go into the website that you shouldn’t go in or watch a sexually stimulating movie. Keep energized and fight the temptation.

    I am about to complete my 90 days challenge , I can't imagine that I had made it so far, this new feeling of confidence and self-control never feel much better , I feel that I can climb a mountain without feeling hesitation , this energy is tremendous, whenever a negative thought starts to knock your head and telling you this is won't work i can't do it, just try this challenge by yourself and judge then , and I am sure that you will be surprised by the huge results that you will get.

    Day 4/90 on the go. TOday i am feeling weak, health not good. tried to study. used some motivational videos on youtube and also enjoyed some music. Faded by Alan Walker, linkin park- in the end, Revolution by The Score, and many by The Score etc ... enjoyed a lot. Didnt even think of the pmo. one thing i have noticed that with number of streaks even after relapses, it is becoming easy to not remember pmo. In the starting it is use to be difficult even to forget for one day. Moreover you guys support is making a huge impact.thanks guys. cheers.

    well, this challenge requires that you register on the thread 90 days from zero. but if you don´t want to reset, if you already on a streak, you can continue the present one until 120 days ;)

    get used to it. it´s very hard to do the reboot in a single streak, the path is full of perils. the important thing is each time you relapse, you know something more about yourself, how your addicted mind works, each time you´ll know more about the triggers and traps. so keep going, don´t give up bro, persistence will make you win.

    it´s simple. when you feel tired, angry, irritated you deal with the feeling. talk without someone, do sports, make meditation, count 10 breathes, whatever bro, make what you can do to make you feel better. also whenever you´re on those moments of weakness don´t sit for too long in front of pc/tv as you´ll become an easy prey for the addiction. watch out.

    however if you feel your willpower is crumbling fast, get out of the house or take the eletronic devices away from you. a cold shower also works. don´t argue with your addicted mind, just cut off all sources of stimulation. change the enviroment, fast. good luck bro.

    it´s normal to have low motivation, trust the process, soon you´ll have motivation for things you don´t even dream about bro ;). just trust the process. you´ll get there.
