Relapsed on friday but I was very busy to check in do it's day3/90
Daily check in. On day 57.
Chris Lane - I Don't know about you
Forgot to post yesterday my day 7/90. Today is 8/90.
2 relapses in less than 12 hours. 3 in 24 hours, after 5 days doing well.
Day 12/90 on the go. Actually these 12 days are quite easy than before streaks. Faced few minor thoughts and urges but overcame them. And also headache and feeling like loser.more new habits needs to be implemented. I am just reading a novel. Still I have to implement successfully the waking up early morning. I need to control the screentime of my smartphone. many more improvements, going to do it one by one carefully with consistency. Cheers guys.

Completly normal, just chillout and try to thing about something else, sport and listening do music is good idea, just keep streak on!
