you´re raising the bar too high bro. it´s not good to be so tough on yourself as your motivation may not hold those high standards. nofap is about endurance, not speed. see what are the triggers for you and prevent them from happen. that´s good enough. eventually if you have porn thoughts (as you will) it´s not the end of the world nor a relapse, the same for peaking, the same for touching yourself. what is good to be aware is that those behaviours on loop will lead you to a relapse. if you start those behaviours you can always refrain yourself before PMO happens, however it will be much harder. that´s why it´s always better to not even start.

motivation. motivate yourself daily, 1, 2 or 3 times, all the times that is necessary for you to have the right mindset and keep it. motivation can come from a inspiring video, from a text that you wrote for yourself, whatever. it´s something that reminds you why you must do the reboot. keep using the motivation boosters. especially when you start hesitating. here´s a little push . go bro, you can do it.
