On day 3 feeling pretty solid.
Keep strong dudes
Day 3/90 New day , New challenges , New excitement , New power , New promises but same aim ''NoFap ''.....
Day 16. The urge still come from time to time. But I feel that it's not worth to fap. I bore of this fap-regret cycle and gonna get out!!
Checkin day 35/90
Day 2. Again at least 3 times that I felt very compelled but willpower was stronger!
I also started intermittent fasting 16:8. Excited to take one single step every day.
"The sage acts by doing nothing,
Teaches without speaking,
Attends all things without making claim on them,
Works for them without making them dependent,
Demands no honor for his deed.
Because he demands no honor,
He will never be dishonored."
Day 17/90 started. I can feel that my energy levels are increasing. I am showing the energy in work on my project. I am showing that energy in being social with friends in my class. Cheers guys.
Day 1 done
68/90....forgot to check in today...life is getting so busy!! Agghhh...but feeling balanced.
Feeling peaceful, happy, relaxed with no temptations to fap and that is a miracle. Hope you guys are doing well too in your challenge.
I completely agree. As long as I have been fapping to high speed internet porn - about 15 years - I have had more trouble sleeping - especially if I edge for ours. A dopamine saturated brain is the ingredients for a bad nights sleep, I recon. Blue light also messes up the retina of our eyes so now I need glasses. Need to get a blue light filter of some kind soon before I am blind. Now gives truth to the old religious saying, if you masturbate, you'll go blind! As the joke goes, I just did it until I needed glasses. LOL
Day 50/90 today. This flatline is unbearable
6/90, keep going, don’t give up!
Daily check-in. On day 62.
Day 10/90. Was sick today and just stayed at home. Had urges but they seem to have passed away.
Very good progress! Keep that up buddy, you'll see it's worth it. You will get better in just a few days.
