Here's my 90 Day Book Club

    Changing For Good
by John Norcross and James O. Prochaska
There are different phases in change, and I noticed that my addiction didn't stay stable because I was making moves in different phases of change. I love to gather information, and my actions are usually inspired or reactive.

Organize Your Mind, Organize Your Life
by Paul Hammerness and Margaret Moore
Porn affects your memory, and when I began to learn how to focus and lose distraction, I was much more present with clear thoughts and strong memory.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Dummies Workbook
by Rhena Branch and Rob Willson
How does CBT work for pornography? Well, I believe I have primed many things in life to relate solely to sex than its true value. I will work on this program to help me improve.

Tell me your thoughts on change, focus, and thoughts in your recovery?

Please feel free to offer religious books on overcoming change and addiction?

I'm anticipating my first session with a counselor, while reading the CBT book.
