90 DAY CHALLENGE START LINE!!

this is my day 3 of "hard mode " . this time my sleep is very disturbed , getting very hard urges specially in night but i am stuck with my commitment and i will not break at any cost. i am also feeling more energetic and even i have started working on my professional goal. i am happy and thankful to my god that he is with me always.

Well done mate. I know what you mean, at night is usually the hardest time for me too. Keep the phone away if possible, take your mind away from fantasies, pray if that's your thing and just know that urges always pass.

You've probably read it here already but what goes a long way in beating this addiction is improving our quality of life and filling in the hole that PMO was covering, which you seem to be doing.

day 4 of "hard mode ". last night was very hard for me . very strong urges and my mind was filled with abundant thoughts and i couldn't sleep after midnight . i also had some pain in my stomach. i will loose at any cost.
 
Stop media use after 9pm
Read a book instead
Try to sleep by 11 latest
Have something sweet or a bit of milk to help
Hold your own hands to sleep
Give yourself some helpful mantras like I like to sleep
Listen to podcast instead
