It does happen, this is the exact reason I relapsed with a 20 day streak. Nowadays I always leave my laptop and phone downstairs when I am going to sleep. When I need to study, I will go to the library or another public space. This helped me a lot!

Don't dwell on this for too long and overthink it or get into mindfucks. It's what I tend to do. Yes, do keep at it.

When I have a thought that I want to PMO I try to just let it pass and not resist it. It seems like the harder I try not to think about it or the more I judge it, the more difficult it gets and it kinda takes over. Of course, most of the time this isn’t enough by itself. I have to get up and change what I’m doing. Usually these thoughts come to me when I’m alone and working on the computer. So I’ll get up and like walk around my apartment or do push-ups. While I’m exercising I’ll be saying/singing to myself “I’m a boss. I can beat this thing. Nothing can stop me.” That kinda positive stuff. Depending on how intense the thought is and if it persists I might go jogging or do push-ups and sit-ups until I’m completely exhausted. A cold shower works pretty good by itself sometimes but actually feels nice after a lot of exercise. I like to think that I’m sweating those thoughts out of my system. I’ve read that some people sit or stand totally still and say positive things to themselves as they’re paying close attention to their body and breathe but I like to be moving. Anyway that’s what I do these days but it’s still not easy. I have weird dreams and some withdrawal like symptoms. I feel like the most important thing is not giving up and just taking it one day at a time. I tend to beat myself up when I relapse and it seems like the easier I am on myself the easier it is to resist the urges when they come. You can do it man! All that matters is today!

    Day 3/90

Today is the dreaded Day 3. Dreaded because I develop a compulsive need to look at porn. Fought it all day and I won, for the first time in a really long time.
I had really strong urges earlier today, had a shower when it was becoming too strong but even that wasn't enough. I decided to literally run out of the house and perform some outdoorsy activity until it wanes. For some reason that worked. We'l see how Day 4 goes. I get the feeling my favorite porn star is observing me from a distance and whispering "You can't run forever boy!"
On to Day 4 guys. We can do this!

Lol! Or she’s thinking “Damn, this guy’s really got something. I should totally quit porn too and marry him.” Great job man!

This will be my first day. I promise I will post a post everyday. I want to become millionaire, but time is limited. If I spend too much time on watching porn, I will not have time to become millionaire. I trade stock. I need to spend more time to learn it. I have a crush with a girl. what will she think, if all I do is masturbate. She needs a man can take care of her. I promise myself to quit today and learn more how to trade a stock.

Day 6/90. I struggled a few times this afternoon and evening with urges to PMO. I finally got up and did some really strenuous exercise and reminded myself a thousand times that it’s not worth it. I feel much better than I did before but I really need to get in the habit of meditating everyday and also keeping a daily journal, however brief the passages may be. My weird dreams are kinda staying with me throughout the day and I need a better way of dissolving them than just what I’ve been doing so far. Today was a ‘one hour at a time’ sort of day but I made it. Stay strong guys!

We should all think about when we first discovered nofap. For me it was February 2018. If I had of not pmod since I discovered this I'd be over 400 days free of this disgusting habit. Instead I've relapsed countless times. So my point is we all need to stop now because time doesn't wait for anyone and before we know it 90 days will come and it will become much easier. We don't want to be relapsing a year from now. We should all be free of this by then.
