90 Day challenge

    Last month I've relapsed around 15 times and for some reason I still think that I'm making good progress somehow, no more lying to myself anymore.

    I've stopped making content online to focus and even signed up for a gym membership starting from tomorrow, I even formatted my phone so that all the distracting apps get removed, I won't waste anymore energy on PMO, let's GOO

    I accept the challenge

    my plan :
    • eat breakfast
    • go to the gym preferably in the morning
    • visit a new place
    • push-ups until goal count is reached
    • walk until goal count is reached
    • sleep

    rules:
    • no social media
    • work outside home
    • do 50 push-ups daily
    • 4000 steps daily
    • sleep after 00:20 wake up before 13:00
    • never take naps (unless in a public place)
    • insomnia is not an option, get out of bed, read a book until you fall asleep
    • must walk 10 minutes if urges kick in
    • shower when needed
    • eat when needed
    • you're not allowed to think freely during any time, you must do an activity instead

    I learned that in order to become to the man I want to be, all I need is to be here, now.
    went to work today, played football, walked in the park, helped my family, now I'm finished feeling relaxed as hell after the gym, got some urges but I'll keeping it strong !

    Got a bit lazy for push-ups today mainly because I went to the gym TWICE and it got me real tired. got a little bit of urges, but overall a really good productive day.

    Today felt great even thought the traffic was crazy, I didn't mind it, In fact I'm relaxed whenever I go to a different place because I learned to forgive and let go whenever possible. decent day, went to the gym even though I was really tired, got around 3 urges, took a shower, feeling proud of myself.

    Needed a day off the gym to relax my tired body, my sleep is off these days but I don't mind.. woke up around 4:00 and found myself masturbating for no reason, stopped it once I was fully aware, no semen leaked, it was really odd, hope this doesn't count as a reset but oh well.. doing really well so far.

    This is where the real challenge begins, I'm feeling the withdrawal symptoms kicking in, my withdrawal symptoms are:
    • lack of motivation
    • Concentration problems
    • Social anxiety
    lack of motivation I lose motivation towards everything, sometimes as bad as starving myself until I can taste the salt from my lips, it's the worst because it causes me to relapse the most, but not in this challenge! I'm fully aware it's happening to me right now and I'm full control over it.

    Concentration problems
    It doesn't bother me that much, but If lose focus on myself while I'm alone, things become sexual, it's easy to concentrate but it takes effort to keep it that way, I can still work around this, for sure.

    Social anxiety I don't believe I have it, but yes I tend to overthink about others more than I should while I'm recovering. Easy fix, go out more, this is exactly what I'm doing right now.


    this day I got around 4 urges, thankfully all were in public spaces, I've work now, I'll busy the next few days, let's goo

    I've got a wet dream for the first time, or maybe I was me masturbating while sleeping, I dunno, but anyway I'll reset my counter and continue with the challenge. Skipped breakfast by a mistake, finished work, went to the gym even though I was "tired", got a hair cut. now feeling much relaxed.
