    Hi fellow humans,

I have just begun my 90-day Hard Mode journey of NoFap. This means no PMO for 90 days. Previously, I've only managed a maximum of 5 or 6 days without PMOing, but I'm going to do everything in my power to succeed at 90 days this time.

Personally, Porn has caused a great many problems in my life. Since I was 11 years old, I have used Pornography at least 4-5 times per week. I am now 23 years old, turning 24 in just 8 days. As quite a shy kid, I didn't find it overly easy to make friends and socialise with new groups of people. Watching porn definitely did not make that easier, and if anything made it much, much worse. Whilst I did have friends throughout high school, after starting university 5 years ago I became very antisocial. Eventually, this lead to some very destructive habits being formed in my life, including addiction to video games for several years, and addiction to slots over the past year. I've never had a girlfriend, and only engaged in sexual intercourse a few times. I have felt quite depressed over the last few years, and my mental health has certainly suffered.

I am currently starting a masters degree at university, and want to use this time to establish some healthy, new habits in an attempt to fulfil my potential and become a better human. I think that NoFap is something that will help to reset my brain chemistry and re-sensitise me to the world. I want to be able to talk to strangers easily, to develop a healthier attitude towards sex and also see the beauty in life again.

So, I am going to undertake this journey, whilst building some basic habits along with it, most notably:
    - Regularly attending all of my assigned gym workouts each week.
    - Meditating for 10 minutes each morning.
    - Consume only healthy, homemade meals.

Please feel free to message me in this thread if you are also on a similar journey, and want to talk about strategies to ensure success or just post updates about your own journey. I will be making a daily post about my progress in this thread in order to hold myself accountable. Maybe you, like me, find this much easier when you find yourself accountable. We are all in this together! I know I can do this!
