    Are there any scientific studies that support the 90 day reboot? I’m not interested in personal experiences but rather comprehensive scientific studies that have examined the 90 day hard reboot process in ridding oneself of porn or sex addiction.

    Who came up with this target and where is it first recommended?

    I think there’s a study about dopamine in rats and like 60 percent recovered in 90 days or somethin. Honestly idk man it’s very different and unpredictable how long it takes a person to reboot
