    I discovered that i have been addicted to porn and masturbation for more than 5 years. I have started my journey towards a better life with a 90 day challenge .

    I relapsed bro. I dont have the motivation now that i had i when i started out. I am totally depressed now .

    Use this depression in your favor. Now only focus on feeling, how you feel emotionally, mentally and physically. Next time you feel like relapsing think about this

    Day 3. I almost fapped today. I was alone in my house this afternoon and soon the thoughts started coming in and made me think it is okay to start over again. But when i opened my phone i got a call from my friends asking me to go out with them. And that stopped me from falling. Nearly lost control of myself today. Phew!!!!

    Be social with you friends

    This will keep you away from fapping...Also when alone..never touch or play with you thing down there which may result in a relapse.

    hmmm.

    A very specific Meditation has been the solution for me but only after doing enough research to have a basic understanding of biochemistry in my brain that caused the urges.

    In my case, I think watching the videos in that playlist in the middle of an urge would make it worse.

    The info in this 5 min video has been presented in many ways many times, so nothing new. Bit I do like how they condensed the info into the most important components and made it easy to understand and remember

    I used meditation to manage my inner voice (using info/suggestions in this video) when urges start. I've found that very effective.

    DAY 0
    without experiencing the amazing benefits of nofap and relapsed today cannot able to control my thoughts even though i know it is bad. But I've done some research on why this happens and how to avoid it and got some fresh and clear thoughts in my mind for starting over my nofap journey once agian more proficiently. I really think this journey would change my life forever and wish it really does. From today on i will continuously post on this thread for 90 journey narrating my experiences and emotions throughout this journey. Wish me luck!

    Urges are not bad
    You are not the urge
    Having urges does not make you bad.
    Take control of your mind (inner voice) when urges start and you can control the urge vs it controlling you.

    DAY 1: I am fully aware of my mistake now and in every possible way i'am correcting myself. I have full confidence that i can finish this challenge and control any thoughts about porn without fapping. With this new found motivation i'm planning to concentrate on doing more productive things such as studying and working out. Nofap benefits are real guys. Don't let the thoughts control your mind. Stay focused and stay motivated.

    Awesome, and exactly what you should be doing. Any other activities are great, It's extra beneficial if these activities are brand new to you (has to do with building brand new neural pathways in your brain)

    This video, better than any other I have found, explains why its so important to do what you say.

    Day 1: sorry. I was not in town for the past few days and totally forgot about my journal. I didn't fap this time but posting my experience was also one of my goal and i failed that. So here we are day 1 i'll try to be more consistent with this journalling thing.
    I control my thoughts about porn and other addiction like youtube and games by thinking about a person who controls the addiction better than me. Is they can do it i can do it ( i will not think how my life is different than theirs it will ruin my motivation) this is one way to suppress the thought.

    Day 2: i was able to ward off my thoughts away from porn. But whenever i am alone i get this thought to fap. Maybe this is because i been always fapping whenever i am alone and my mind got practised to it. Trying to change this.
