At the moment I’m at home, recovering from Covid… So, I have to say that I’m not having urges, since I’m really tired.
Probably the most difficult temptation during this time is… avoiding junk food

Hi all, been away from this site for awhile. I thought I could do it on my own. I hope it’s alright if I join this thread again. I’m currently 1 day in. Could use some support. All truth is I was molested as a child and I guess porn watching just came in and never left my mind since I discovered it. I don’t know if it was then used as a coping mechanism. I’m happily with my girlfriend of over 4 years and would love to stop this 15 year addiction. Sorry for all the needless info, just on my last thread I think. I really don’t want to do this anymore.

Unfortunately I had a relapse tonight
I cannot see my signature at the moment, but I believe I was around day 40, more or less. What a pity: almost half way to day 90…

I believe the problem was that my will was weaker today, because I’d had a couple of drinks with a group of friends.
How do you cope with similar situations?
