90 day PM

My first instinct is always that masturbation and orgasm is ok, its the porn that causes me to overdo it. But at the same time, masturbation keeps leading me to porn, because it's the only way to do it often. So I want to give up porn and masturbation for 90 days. I'm not having sex at the moment, but if the opportunity arises, I won't turn it down.
