    I ve just hit 90 days but wet dreams also hit me. I feel little sleepy and anxious, but I hope it will dissapear tomorrow.
    Someone who has been through similar shit like me ?
    How long my reboot will last?

    Wet dreams are natural and normal. I see them as a goal to be honest on my nofap journey. Your body needs a way of removing stale sperm. Wet dreams show that your brain is still sensitized to sex. I would say you are actually a pretty healthy 16 year old.
