A quick update:
I have had a couple of relapses in the last two months since I was seeing good results.
I masturbated a couple of times during the weekends and I felt horrible after that. Yeah, in the morning I felt so horny. And now I know the problem is just weekends because I'm at home. So for the next weekend I go in another country with my friends which should keep me busy and after that I will always go outside.
But I'm again on my way to another 90+ day challenge. I also started foreskin restoration some time ago, so looking forward to all the progress. I can keep foreskin over the glans all the time and I am focusing on restoring more of the inner foreskin.
Before NoFap, I did almost not feel touching my glans with fingers. Now, I can feel just the "tiny touch", and it gives me much sensation!!! It looks like my glans is dekeratinizing a lot lately. I was lately using Eucerin (this helped greatly). Also I tried using Ginkgo biloba supplement, actually I just started with it yesterday which should increase blood flow. Google for it, it should increase sensitivity and affect dopamine in the brain. Slowly I am putting Eucerin away, because I found out that my natural skin provides enough moisture by itself to the glans. Also touching the inner foreskin feels much more intense than - something I never felt in my life, because it is dekeratinizing as well.

I started the 90 day challenge again, currently I am at day 19. I was extremely horny today, already had the sausage in my hand, because I´m stretching the inner foreskin, but I managed not to masturbate. Because I knew how bad I was going to feel afterwards and it would put the 19 day count back to 0. Not an option.
My case was very low sensitivity because I gripped my penis/glans to hard during the last 6 years of masturbation - it is known as death grip. I´m circumcised, so this made it even worse. The upper part of the glans was basically numb to light or moderate touch. The corona part felt ok. I never really felt the inner foreskin, because it was keratinised.
Anyway the important part: In the last month or so something incredible happened - my inner foreskin and shortened frenulum have dekeratinised and became REALLY sensitive! Just the tiniest touch feels so good, I cannot describe it. About 3 weeks ago I already made myself cum using only one finger while gently stimulating the frenulum area. This I never experienced in my life before. In the last week, the inner foreskin and frenulum became even more sensitive and also the lower and middle part of my glans are getting back the fine touch sensitivity. I believe the death gripping has definitely caused some nerve ending damage (desensitization), but after half a year, it looks like it is finally healing. I recently started supplementing with vitamin B complex capsules, because it supports nerve healing. My doctor told me that my body is doing everything on it´s own to heal itself and no supplements will help, but the following ingrediments really helped me: eucerin with urea, coconut oil, vitamin b, man1 man oil with l-carnitine. it could be that it´s just some psychological shit which I don´t understand, but really try it if you like.
In the same time nofap has done wonders for me, I know it helps!!! If the founder of nofap forum is ever reading this - thank you from my heart for this website, I only wish I discovered it before. It is saving my life!!!

I'd say that more so than the hormones at that age, it was all the free time I had that really got me. Come home at 7 p.m. after football practice and have 5 hours of literally nothing productive to do. Played video games until bedtime, then it felt natural to give in with all the electronics nearby and me still wired and awake. Not sure what your social life is like, but whatever you do for fun, I'd start setting actual goals in that. Go for 100% achievements, or more pushups than yesterday, or a better free throw % or skimming the textbooks for outdated garbage or whatever.
I'd definitely try to start some sort of nightly ritual, and I'd go so far as to make your electronics unusable during night. Something enjoyable but also relaxing. Reading a book or writing a diary or casually studying. OR, start exercising and showering later at night. When you come in tired and sore, take a relaxing hot shower. Perfect sleep mood after that. Completely power down the laptop if you have one. Put the phone in a drawer in your closet. Same with the iPad. GL.

I read somewhere that eating whole foods whilst having an anti inflammatory diet reduces the cortisol in brain. The more the cortisol the more you guy go crazy e.g. Stress,anxiety,depression e.t.c so by having the diet I mentioned it reduces cortisol. Some people PMO when stressed out, so possibly by lowering cortisol (stress and other stuff) you probably won't feel like fapping. What's your take on that?
