90 days hard mode!!

I just hit 90 days! It can be done! sadly, i still have more reboot ahead. I still get depression, anxiety and I still have, more often than not, bouts of PIED. So although I have some ways to go, I am so, so happy I have come all this way so far. The benefits, even during this difficult time, certainly outweigh any of the negatives.

Im still just amazed and proud Ive gotten to 90 days!! yes.
