90 days is not the end.

Always Keep Going

Three months won't completely atone for all of that time and effort used to get yourself such a short, licentious "high." Maybe a year of pure 'focusing within the moment,' challenged meditation, *true* abstinence (in both thought, expressed as doing your best to forget all things sexual, and action) might provide some amount of definite clarity, but 90 days isn't shit. There's no magic number folks, you just show up day by day and work your ass off till you get good at it.

Keep going as you are 15 it is very good you are on nofap because when i was 15 i was shameful, weak, stressed, low energitic , and many more and i never know porn is cause all this anyway i found nofap in 16.5 years old and i am doing for 1.7 year of my life i am very glad that i found it and i will be continuing nofap untill marrying and no porn is forever

It's good that you have realised p is a problem early so it won't affect your adult life if you stop it. But I disagree, 90 days is something. Firstly, 90 days cured 7+ years of pied for me. Secondly, in that 3 months using that time to focus on yourself and doing constructive things can achieve great results in your life. So every clean day counts. Maybe what I can say is that stopping pmo does not end in 90 days. As an addiction, it is always a slippery slope and you can quickly fall back into bad habits especially when you have not been clean a few years. Nevertheless, even after 2 years clean I think it would not be wise to revert to p because you have been clean for long.

90 days of nofap cured PE?

90 days of nofap cured PE?
In my experience everything went back to normal after 90 days (it was a very honest 90 days, no social media, no peeking, no touching, gym, ate well, focused on work, even counted in my head to prevent daydreaming and sexual thoughts). It was difficult, you go through moods and wet dreams during the process. I have seen that some people say it took longer for them to heal, but in such cases they rarely state how strict they were and how clean they stayed. In general we understand how photo/visual stimulation affects the brain to create the issues we have, so just keep it simple and avoid that kind of gratification by all means and you'll be fine. If you're peeking or trying to find ways to go back then don't expect to heal. Just be true to yourself, it's your journey. That's just general advise!

Right, 90 days is just the beginning, and one can still take a dive, so don't get too self-assured. There's much to work on and discover still. Best wishes!
