90 days lets do this

    I haven't been on here in a while and I hope everyone is well. As of tomorrow in going to do 90 days til the 23rd November 2015.

    I've had several streaks of a week the four days but stuff it I'm doing ninety day as of tomorrow. I know the benefits are there and I need to do it to find myself I feel so if you wanna join me feel free :)

    Hey mate,

    I have recently came back after a short period but am fully motivated in giving up this horrible addiction, take a look at yourbrainonporn.com this really helped me into what this addiction really is about. I would suggest spending a good few hours doing your research and getting strong motivation behind yourself. I'm not going to lie quiting this addiction (any addiction in fact) if fucking hard so don't expect it to be all easy it's not!

    I used to have a soda addiction, I used to always drink around 5-10 candy of coke each day! What did I do I researched into what this was doing to my health and the results had me in shock, I immediately quit and found a substitute which was drinking only water and green tea. The funny thing is there is coke in the fridge but my brain just wants water and green tea and I have to say I have never ever felt better for it. Well same goes for a porn addiction I guess, find a healthy substitute which in my case is improving carrer, exercising, looking after myself, socialising, staying happy and positive in life and most importantly enjoying life.

    I really wish you and all the other people suffering from this addiction, it is so tough but in the end you will look back and say wtf was I doing... Peace!

    And you are right it's incredibly hard but I feel ready for it and want to move on now. I've flitted about an done so e stints but now no MO for 90 days
