    - no sugar: day 10/15
    - no watching news: day 38/40
    - semen retention: day 44/50 (so far 45 days was my longest streak, between beginning of March and middle of April this year).

    139/150 - sugar only when my wife bakes
    99/110 - no crisps
    14/30 - food containing grain at most once per day
    7/30 - at most one small coffee per day
    6/11 - cleaning for at least one hour every morning

    As you may have guessed I don't have very much time to login here and soon I will have even less time. Continuing my challenges as usual. Keep fighting folks!

    Thanks a lot :) Yeah, that’s exactly the way it is - family and career.
    It’s inspiring to see that you have planned your days for so long time! That’s a weak point for me... will probably have to come up with a challenge for that as well - when time comes.

    I am Christian since a few years, a lot of strenght in fighting with addictions/changing habbits in my case is coming from relationship with Jesus (praying, reading a Bible daily).

    My priorities since a few years are (the order is important):

    Number one: Christ
    Number two: my wife
    Number three: children
    Number four: job
    Number five: other things (like hobbies).

    As for challenges:
    - no sugar: day 12/15
    - no watching news: day 40/40
    - semen retention: day 46/50.

    Have a great day, free from bad habbits.

    I’m quite happy with my rules for the moment :)
