Thanks brother I am Christian since a few years, a lot of strenght in fighting with addictions/changing habbits in my case is coming from relationship with Jesus (praying, reading a Bible daily). My priorities since a few years are (the order is important): Number one: Christ Number two: my wife Number three: children Number four: job Number five: other things (like hobbies). As for challenges: - no sugar: day 12/15 - no watching news: day 40/40 - semen retention: day 46/50. Have a great day, free from bad habbits.
