I just started no sugar and no alcohol at the beginning of July! (I am not abstaining from coffee, however.) So far, it is going well!
I need to reset now. I think 52 days is a very good run. I take a while off from this challenge so I can think about my goals.
Coffee: 1 point (1 coffee) Alcohol: 3 points (none) Sugar I still don't get myself to keep strictly to the diet. But by trying alone my nutrition became a lot healthier and I reduced the sugar intake a great deal. That's good and today I feel happy about it. Taking this into account, my next step should be to stick to a low sugar intake every single day. My goal is to get at least 1 point on every single point.
