I gave up on this, it's just stronger than me. I have to admit it.
I'm not feeling sorry about myself, I just don't want to watch my eating habits every minute, it's exhausting.

After one month of vacation, I feel it's time to have a break from sugar. 30 days, no sugar, no sweeteners. Food with less than 1% added sugar is ok, natural sugar (as in fruits) is also ok.
starting from tomorrow.
I'll try it again too!
Ate so much sweets today... felt sick and ashamed.
I really got enough of that!
