  1. Day 5
Yesterday I almost gave up. Muffins from my dad's work are probably one of my favorite candies, and he has bring some new kind of them, with white chocolate. My mom tried it and she said that they are even better than the regular ones. I was in huge temptation to try, and at one point, while my mom was entering their room, I told her to bring me one white muffin to try it, but luckily she didn't heard me, so she haven't bring anything. I saw that as sign, as the new chance. I immediately gave up from my thoughts of trying it. While I'm writing this I'm craving it, but I will resist!
  2. Yesterday I had some self-destructive thoughts and I ended up eating some crap. As always it was horrible, but I'm already back on my feet. My birthday is in 2 days but I won't be eating cake, that's the decision I have to follow.
  3. Day 3
I did eat cake, for few days, but now I'm back on track! :)

  6. hey there! I too want to eat more healthy. Sugar is the problem here. This will be my first sugar-free day. Wish me well!
  7. perfect day! I avoided all sugary foods.
I wonder if I can make 30 consecutive days like this. Probably not with Christmas coming around ...
nvm, let's aim for the best and see how it turns out. After that January is a good time to rock this thing!
  8. I'm in! Although I will make this a 30-day challenge.

  10. That's great! It's always good with company :)

It already does a big change, my wife baked chocolate cake this Friday, then another cake yesterday and today my mother had ice cream. If it wasn't for this challenge I would have eaten quite much sweets these days... :)

    How is it going?

A small 11-day observation: I avoid everything that contains more than 1% added sugar and it feels a bit too strict. I could hold on to this rule for sure but with one exception: I would like to be allowed to add cakes and other things we bake at home. We are already limiting the sugar in all things we bake so it's not even that much sugar in them. Of the things we have baked at home since I started this challenge, I have skipped a chocolate cake, carrot cake, apple pie and elder flower juice. In my opinion, these add more joy than the sugar does harm.

Of course, I am not changing my rules now, I am just observing my thoughts.
