  4. hey there! I too want to eat more healthy. Sugar is the problem here. This will be my first sugar-free day. Wish me well!

  5. perfect day! I avoided all sugary foods.
I wonder if I can make 30 consecutive days like this. Probably not with Christmas coming around ...
nvm, let's aim for the best and see how it turns out. After that January is a good time to rock this thing!

  6. I'm in! Although I will make this a 30-day challenge.

    Day 0/30.

  8. That's great! It's always good with company :)

It already does a big change, my wife baked chocolate cake this Friday, then another cake yesterday and today my mother had ice cream. If it wasn't for this challenge I would have eaten quite much sweets these days... :)

    How is it going?

  10. 11/30 :emoji_heavy_check_mark:

A small 11-day observation: I avoid everything that contains more than 1% added sugar and it feels a bit too strict. I could hold on to this rule for sure but with one exception: I would like to be allowed to add cakes and other things we bake at home. We are already limiting the sugar in all things we bake so it's not even that much sugar in them. Of the things we have baked at home since I started this challenge, I have skipped a chocolate cake, carrot cake, apple pie and elder flower juice. In my opinion, these add more joy than the sugar does harm.

Of course, I am not changing my rules now, I am just observing my thoughts.

  11. 14/30. The urges are there! It feels a bit boring without the sugar but it's indeed very good to stay away from it. In the long run, I get a whole different perspective of what sugar does to my body.

  12. 15/30.

When I looked in the mirror I noticed I've gotten more ripped, probably because of this challenge :D
