90 Days Nofap challenge

Hello everyone ,
I am very highly motivated to start my 90 days nofap journey from today

Coming back to the question , why I am joining this Nofap community or accepting to this 90 days nofap challenge.

So let me start with very beginning......

I am 21 years old now, I used to fap and watched porn when I was 12 years old and masturbate 4 times or more in a single day .
By this act ,I am facing many problem in my life physically as well as mentally.
Some of my life problems are............... .
1) social anxiety
2) depression
3)poor and weak memory
4) low self-esteem
5)low self confidence
6) dark and dull pale face
7)face skin looks bloodless
And there are many minor problems
But Toady 18 February 2020 I am accepting 90 days nofap challenge
Please guide me and help me
If anybody want to accept this challenge messgme me we will achieve this challenge together
