I just look at some nudist for a while in one chat. I don't M and don't look for P and don't look for much more. I think till here Im save. In this world where there is a lot of offer of P and Sex every where I found myself strongest . Really, I have urges but not so hard and strong as the beginning. Only sometime urges come hard but rarely. Thats my danger. That one day I can't be ready and relapse to P. But..., but.... here we are, we have NOFAP.

NoFap has been rescuing Men and Women from the clutches of dark rooms for years!

  3. @lend - great to hear from you!

  4. Hello Everybody!

I'd love to hear how people are doing on their journeys into NoFap.

I was talking to a friend today, and it was amazing to be reminded that the journey I'm on is inspiring to others. I told him how many days NoFap I was and he said that he really respected it, as he doesn't normally go for more than 5 days. This was exactly my experience.

We chatted about how we are working with our 'Inner Child' and how powerful it is to connect with that part of ourselves that felt wounded early in our life.

The conversation didn't last long, but it was a great reminded for me to keep going on this journey as its not only me that benefits with my continued NoFap.

It took me a very long time, and really hard work to get myself to this point. The message is that it is possible for anyone!

    :)

    Love, Adam

Just completed day 14 today. Haven't wrote journals in the last 2 days, however I can say that I am doing great at diverting my mind of any bad or lusting thoughts and with the constant knowing of support of nofap in the background every time I want to PMO I have been able to pass. I have had virtually no urges the last 2 days either which has been nice, I have been able to focus on things like my wonderful girlfriend. Thank you for asking and sharing!

hi all. Thanks Adam, for turning me on to this site (no pun intended), and to this challenge; despite knowing that fapping and porn does me (and the rest of the world) no good, it hasn't stopped me in the past. But then again I didn't have a support group, or a goal.

So here's the commitment; 90 days. Today's day one. Thank you. Will keep you updated.

Honestly, feeling a little flat line as I try to figure this out, but I am on day 17 and it has been good. Focusing on diverting my mind to other things when ANY no-no thoughts or images enter my realm has helped enormously!

  11. @8BitsOfStuggling ... amazing! Keep up the great work.

@Mangoboy23 ... pleased to have you board the good ship NoFap!

This eve I had a great experience of a Men's Space I've created, where we shared our journeys. It was humbling, and enlightening, to hear so many stories of people's lives and emotions... and to recognise that I'm not the only one who struggles

  12. Hello folks!

I'm NoFap'ing so that I avoid anything else on the Internet. I'm a bit bored with my job today, and I've been spending time on Facebook, Twitter and personal email... and then my brain thought to itself... I'm now bored of that... what else is there I can do on the Internet... and that's why I'm here rather than going down any other rabbit holes.

How is everybody else doing? Would love to know :)

    Adam

  13. Today I had somebody who has been a good friend for over 2 years tell me that they aren't feeling the friendship, and so doesn't want to hang out with me. This was pretty hard to take (even though I've seen it coming for a while, and our social lives have seperated anyway).

Historically my response to news like this would have been to try and self medicate the pain by turning to P. Now I don't do that. What I am doing is connecting with you guys on NoFap, and I'm going to focus on what I've what I've achieved in last nearly 5 months:
    • Completed and launched a short book/guide for my industry which has recieved very positive, and humbling, testimonials
    • Continued to build and deepen a great friendship with my best buddy
    • Secured and deepened friendships with my 3 best friends from my home town, plus stayed lovingly connected with my oldest friend
    • Set up a Men's Group
    • Decided that I wanted to become a coach, and the generated almost 3 clients immediately
    • Retained my day job even though I've missed by a long distance my sales targets
    • Stopped chewing my fingers for most of that period (I've started again, but I'm committed to having healthy fingers again soon!)
    • Being asked to perform at my favourite dance event
    • Performed in a choir at some amazing venues
    • Become clearer on what I am going to commit myself to and how I'm going focus my time
    • Understood my purpose as it feels right to me now: "My purpose is to love myself unconditionally and be of nourishing and committed service"
    • Done some very deep and meaningful work on my 'Inner Child'
    • Consistently used the Headspace meditation app, particularly the 'Self Esteem' pack
    • Continued to be a loving and caring son and deepened my relationship with my Mum
    • Completing the #100HappyDays 'challenge' and getting lots of love for what I've written
    • Setting up and writing another social media campaign that is connecting with people's hearts
    • Been NoFap for 143 days and counting since March 22!
If it hadn't been for being NoFap, I know that I wouldn't have achieved some of these. I historically have found easy to focus on what I don't have in my life (this friend for example, my ex-girlfriend as another, or sales for my business). By focusing on what I have, and what I'm achieving, it really helps me stay NoFap as I don't 'need' the self medication that it provides.

It is possible for all of us to have wonderful lives, and be NoFap as part of that, and it is my commitment to myself, and to all of you that I will keep joyfully working to achieve this in every moment.

    Love, Adam

  14. Today I've been experiencing feelings of overwhelm. This translated into a desire to self medicate. As I didn't want to break my NoFap rules, I searched for gay saunas and eventually went to a massage parlour and had a hand job. These haven't broke my existing rules, but I'm going to put them in.

  17. @Kylza and @PyroFighter ... welcome on board!!

It's a journey of ups and downs (as I've experienced today), AND incredibly rewarding when you get some good NoFap going... and even if that doesn't come consistently at first, keep working at it, as you are on a good path being here :)
