90 days P Mode

Well today is the 90th day of my streak of no porn / pub subs/ cybersex / phonesex.

Cybersex and phonesex / chat was alwsys my big issue. I never viewed it as harmful until I had a moment of clarity on day and realised it was destroying me.

My success thus far has come from discipline:

I have now been doing NoFap since June 2018 last year and since then I have viewed porn or acted out 22 times. That is 22 times out of 276 days...

So how did I do it????

- I owned my addiction fully. Admitted it was a really big issue.
- I continue to work on it daily.
- I meditate daily using the Headspace App. Meditation for those of you who don't do it is so powerful in helping us deal with intrusive thoughts and desires. It is not easy at the start but stick with it. It improves your mood and stability.
- Exercise. Get your heart rate up and get off the couch. If you think you are too busy that is bullshit. I work a fulltime job, have a family and get up daily before 5am to workout. Sign up for a fun run. You will lose weight and feel better. It is better than porn and hookers.
- Learn...I have drawn strength from David Goggins, Jordan B Peterson, Russell Brand and Wim Hof, Dr Gabor Mate`
- Be honest with yourself. You cannot lie about your progress or lack of progress.
- Your ability (or inability) to quit lies solely with YOU. Nobody else or any outside factors can make you stop this behaviour. There will never be perfect conditions to quit so don't wait for your ship to sail in....swim out and meet that son of a bitch.


You can do this. Change your mindset. I am just like all of you. I'm an addict self medicating with porn / chat and hookers. But there is a different way, a better way.
